About the event
Do you find yourself struggling with anxiety, low energy, insomnia and negative self-talk? Or pain and stress in your daily life that you just can't seem to heal or get rid of? If so, please join us for energy healing and exercises to connect to your most confident, energetic, authentic self and reclaim your inner wisdom with powerful Energy Healing, including Reiki, Tantra and Sound healing.
No payment is required, however there is a suggested donation/energy exchange of $10 per person to help cover costs. If you can’t afford to donate all or some, please come anyway, all are welcome. :)
The event includes: - 5 min Intro - 10 min Grounding/Exercise -10 min Tantra Movement - 20 min Reiki Healing - 10 min Sound Healing
What to Bring: Yoga Mat or Towel, Water Bottle, Blanket or Sweater in case it is cool/windy.
