Rule Your Reality- Tantra Workshop

This is an in-person Workshop for women to learn 4 Key Tantric Practices to get unstuck so you can rule your reality, connect to your true self, and feel empowered to take loving action towards your future.

It is a workshop for women who feel like life is always "Happening" to them, and they are victims of their circumstances. 

It is a training for women who feel anxious and constantly judge themselves & their actions.

It is an initiation into the tantric wisdom that we all carry inside of us that can unlock pure happiness and joy.

This workshop is designed for women who are tired of feeling stressed and tired, and are ready to find more fulfillment and peace in their life.

I am a Tantric Practitioner who helps spiritual and sensitive women (as well as yoni-holders and those identifying as female) go into the deepest layers of their own healing so they can live without anxiety and pain. It is my belief that as humans we do not need to be fixed, only to remember our divine nature and connect to that which we already know deep inside. I also believe in addressing the whole being-ness of a person by helping them understand, integrate and love the true nature of their inner self.

In this training you will learn the 4 Key Tantric Practices to get unstuck, connect to universal intelligence, and take charge of your life, beginning with mindset and energy.

In these 3 hours together, we will create a space of mutual trust and a sacred container so that we are able to feel connection both internally and externally. We will also be invited to participate in exercises with each other so we may heal, grow and expand together as we learn.

There will also be an (optional) 2-hour pool social following the workshop, with light refreshments provided. (Gluten free and vegan options!)
